El famoso futbolista Lionel Messi ha decidido dejar de jugar con la selección argentina.
La superestrella, de 39 años, dijo en Instagram que había sido una decisión difícil, pero que era el momento adecuado. Ha jugado con Argentina durante 20 años, ha marcado 125 goles y ha disputado 207 partidos. Su mayor éxito fue ganar el Mundial de 2022 en Catar. También ganó dos títulos de la Copa América.
Messi dijo que lo había dado todo por su selección, pero que ahora los jugadores jóvenes necesitan una oportunidad. Messi seguirá jugando en su club, el Inter de Miami en EE. UU., pero su carrera internacional ha llegado a su fin.
