El efecto puerta – nivel 2

El «efecto de la puerta» se produce cuando entras en una habitación nueva y, de repente, te olvidas de lo que ibas a hacer.

Los científicos explican que nuestro cerebro divide nuestra vida cotidiana en diferentes eventos. Cuando cruzas una puerta, tu cerebro piensa que está empezando un nuevo evento. Borra tu memoria a corto plazo para hacer sitio a nueva información, lo que puede hacer que te olvides de lo que estabas pensando antes. Los estudios demuestran que cruzar las puertas hace que la gente se olvide de las cosas más fácilmente, sobre todo cuando están haciendo varias cosas a la vez o se mueven por muchas habitaciones. Algo parecido pasa cuando cambias de pestaña en el ordenador o te distraes.

Para recordar lo que se te ha olvidado, puedes volver a la habitación anterior o repetir tu objetivo en voz alta mientras te desplazas.
