El problema empezó hace mucho, cuando mucha gente perdió su trabajo. No tienen dinero. Los recortes políticos en los centros de ayuda también empeoran las cosas. Hoy en día, los científicos prueban nuevas drogas en el laboratorio para proteger a la gente. La policía se esfuerza por detener a los traficantes peligrosos.
El gobierno ahora destina más dinero a médicos, medicamentos y centros de ayuda. Estos centros ayudan a la gente a dejar las drogas y a volver a llevar una vida feliz y segura.
