Un estudio descubre un gran problema. Más de mil millones de personas están demasiado gordas.
Esto incluye 159 millones de niños y 880 millones de adultos. Lugares como Tonga y Samoa Americana tienen mucha gente gorda. Más del 70%. Incluso en el Reino Unido, muchos adultos tienen este problema. Hay dos veces más personas gordas que hace 30 años.
La Organización Mundial de la Salud dice que esto es grave. Piden a los dirigentes y a las empresas alimentarias que ayuden a la gente a comer mejor y moverse más. También están engordando más niños. Es importante hacer algo rápidamente.
