Antes de la esperadísima final del Mundial entre Argentina y España, Lionel Messi ha hablado de su vínculo con la prometedora estrella española, Lamine Yamal.
Messi ha dicho que esa foto que se hizo viral hace años, en la que se le ve con Yamal en brazos cuando era un bebé, es una locura total. Destacó lo increíble que es que el bebé de la foto haya crecido hasta enfrentarse a él en el mayor escenario internacional del fútbol. Messi elogió a Yamal, de 19 años, como uno de los mejores jugadores del mundo en este momento, con una carrera histórica por delante.
Como fiel seguidor del Barcelona, Messi expresó que de verdad le desea lo mejor a Yamal para el futuro, ya que su éxito beneficia directamente al club español. Sin embargo, Messi dejó claro que, durante la final, Argentina se esforzará al máximo y hará todo lo posible para frenarle, asegurándose de que Yamal no pueda rendir al máximo esta vez.
