El calor y la escasez de lluvias causan grandes problemas en Europa. El Danubio es el río más grande de Rumanía. Ahora tiene unos niveles de agua muy bajos. Rumanía tiene que parar su central nuclear. La central necesita agua para refrigerarse.
En Hungría, la gente consume mucha electricidad para el aire acondicionado durante los calurosos días de verano. Por suerte, la energía solar ayuda a generar electricidad cuando brilla el sol. Pero sigue siendo difícil conseguir electricidad por la noche. Los expertos dicen que la gente está usando más energía para los coches, los centros de datos y la refrigeración. Los países deben planificar mejor para proteger sus recursos hídricos y energéticos de cara al futuro.
