El aire contaminado de los coches y las fábricas puede ser malo para los hombres. Un nuevo estudio ha analizado a 1.200 hombres durante cuatro años. Los científicos han descubierto que el aire contaminado altera los espermatozoides. Estos cambios pueden impedir que los hombres tengan hijos.
Los hombres que viven en ciudades grandes y bulliciosas respiran humo tóxico todos los días. Este humo debilita su organismo. Su esperma no es tan bueno. Esto también supone un gran problema para sus futuros hijos.
No es fácil mudarse lejos de las grandes ciudades. Pero los hombres pueden ponerse mascarillas cuando el aire está muy contaminado. También ayuda comer bien y dar paseos por el bosque de vez en cuando.
