Ahora los estafadores usan la IA para crear anuncios falsos muy realistas en las redes sociales. Muestran fotos preciosas de cosas como tazas de café o juguetes, pero estos productos no son reales.

Cuando la gente hace clic en los enlaces para comprarlos, puede acabar en páginas web peligrosas. Estas páginas pueden robar a escondidas los datos privados de tu tarjeta de crédito o instalar programas maliciosos en tu ordenador. Los estafadores ganan dinero rápido y luego desaparecen. Estos anuncios falsos incluso aparecen en grandes páginas web como Amazon porque los sistemas automáticos no pueden detectarlos todos.

Para protegerte, nunca debes fiarte de precios demasiado bajos. Puedes comprobar primero las fotos en Internet, fijarte bien en la dirección de la web y leer los comentarios para ver si parecen de fiar.
