Los países occidentales deben trabajar juntos porque China y Rusia se están volviendo muy fuertes. Los líderes quieren utilizar tres nuevos grupos para mantener la seguridad mundial.

El primer grupo ayuda a países costeros como Estados Unidos y Japón a controlar importantes rutas marítimas en el océano. El segundo grupo ayuda a países de Asia y Oriente Medio a construir grandes carreteras para los negocios y el comercio. Muchos gobiernos están elaborando planes a largo plazo para garantizar su seguridad.

Además, Estados Unidos cambia el nombre de su grupo militar en el Pacífico. Se dan cuenta de que la India tiene montañas muy altas en la frontera, por lo que China no puede construir vías férreas por allí. Esto significa que la India no forma parte de los planes principales de China.
