Hace muchos años que los niños empezaron a usar teléfonos inteligentes. Ya no juegan al aire libre con sus amigos. Esto es un gran problema porque los niños necesitan hablar, divertirse y pasear juntos. Como siempre están conectados, muchos jóvenes se sienten muy solos y tristes. Ven demasiados vídeos cortos. No son capaces de leer un libro ni de ver una película larga.
Estas cosas pueden salvar a nuestros hijos. Primero, no dejes que los niños usen las redes sociales antes de cumplir los 16 años. Segundo, las escuelas deberían usar libros y bolígrafos de verdad, no ordenadores ni tabletas. Los niños aprenden de las personas, no de las pantallas. Además, no les des juguetes con IA ni robots que hablen como amigos. A estas máquinas no les importan los niños. Pueden dañar el vínculo entre un niño y sus padres.
